Shipping Costs

Australia:

We provide flat rate shipping costs within Australia using either Sendle or Australia Post.

Standard Shipping:

$8.95 Standard shipping- Authority to leave or $9.95- Signature on delivery.

Express Shipping:

$14.95 Express shipping- Authority to leave or $17.95- Signature on delivery.

New Zealand;

$14.95 Flat rate for Standard shipping- Authority to leave or $19.95- Signature on delivery through Sendle.

*Please note if you choose 'Authority to leave' we take no responsibility for stolen parcels. Please see below Parcels Damaged, Lost In Transit & Stolen for more info.

Rest of the World;

Shipping cost will be calculated by size and weight at checkout.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. Only in the case of faulty goods Tutyi & Sisu will be liable for return shipping costs.

Delivery Times

Transit Time Domestically (excluding WA):

In general, standard domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 business days. And 1 - 5 business days for Express shipping. 

Transit Time Western Australia:

In general, standard domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 10 business days. And 1 - 7 business days for Express shipping. 

Transit time Internationally:

Orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 30 business days. This varies greatly depending on your location.

*Delivery times are only approximate and can vary. We cannot be held accountable for courier delays.

Please note:  We only have control on how fast we are on our end. We do our absolute best to get your parcel out within 48 hours and cannot take responsibility for Sendle & Australia Post disruptions.

If you are needing a parcel within a certain time frame please consider the above before placing your order.

If there are any issues please contact Sendle or Aus Post direct with your tracking number. If there are issues that cannot be resolved please contact us at info@tutyiandsisu.com so we can conduct an investigation.

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of order. Please note that during holidays and busy periods it might extend our dispatch times; we thank you for your patience!

Our warehouse operates from Monday-Thursday 9AM - 5PM and Friday from 9AM - 3PM (AEST) except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Any orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following week.

Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are unable to change the address once the order has been confirmed. Please be mindful when placing the order and check to make sure the address is correct.

P.O. Box Shipping

We can deliver to P.O Box addresses within Australia. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes internationally. 

Items Out Of Stock

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact Sendle or Aus Post directly with your tracking number. If there are issues that cannot be resolved please contact us at info@tutyiandsisu.com so we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged, Lost In Transit & Stolen

We take no responsibility for parcels damaged or lost in-transit or stolen from your property. if possible, please reject any damaged parcel from the courier and get in touch with their customer service department.

Please ensure that if you are selecting 'Standard shipping authority to leave' that your property is secure. We take no responsibility for stolen parcels. It is your responsibility to make sure your property is secure and by placing an order with us you understand this. If you are concerned about security on your property we have the option of 'Standard shipping with signature on delivery.'

If the parcel is marked 'delivered' by the courier and you cannot find it on your property we assume it has been stolen. Please reach out to the courier company's customer service department for further help.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Tutyi & Sisu encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Tutyi & Sisu at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Cancellations

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been confirmed.
